GUEST ARRIVALS
This is your opportunity to set the tone for the rest of the evening. Guests will arrive and may need instructions on seating, cocktail hour, or coat check. This is a perfect opportunity to utilize a party greeter to handle these questions and direct your guests in style.

COCKTAIL HOUR
The cocktail hour is an opportunity for you to further personalize the drinks, food, atmosphere and other elements of your wedding celebration. This time gives your guests a chance to mingle, grab some hors d’oeuvres and drinks, and get into party mode. We make mundane tasks like getting a drink memorable with our interactive cocktail entertainment experiences.

GRAND ENTRANCE
This is the time to celebrate being introduced for the first time as the newlyweds that you are. After your wedding party enters this is your special moment as a couple to have all eyes on you. Bring the heat with fire dancers or have wing dancers lead you into the reception.

SPECIAL DANCES
Give your guests a special show before opening up your dance floor for everyone to get their groove on. This can happen before or after your first dance and family dances. Choose from our many options like a custom dance performance, LED ballerinas, wing dancing shows, or a fire dancing act!

DANCE HOUR
The most energetic part of the night is the dance party! Take this opportunity to make sure everyone is having a good time on and off the dance floor. This is the time to let loose and enjoy the last bit of your special day. Our Disco Ball Dancers can open up the dance floor and keep the energy going all night! LED Robots are another great option for ensuring a lively dance hour.
